Xw6048 installed ... Load meter error

Hi after a busy Saturday changing my system to 48v and installing the xw6048 (what a heavy beast)...
Still not fully deployed only some circuits from the house are connected ...
The load output from the xw is connected to PDu where I can measure the loads and I'm getting some strange numbers out of the combox in terms of loads
Example :
My PDu is showing 460w consumption an the xw is showing 318w with 38w from grid and 371w from the battery ...
Not even the 371+38w give the correct how can I have 409w being raked and only 318 on the loads...
The number is not correct in absolute because I know the PDu is correct confirmed by the amps greeting out of the battery ..
But also the Maths from the combox are strange ...
Maybe my problem not understanding yet the xw.... But...
Any toughs ideas are welcome ..

Something get lost in "devices". 371+38 = 409; 409 - 381 = 28; BTW, 28W is exact spec for Xantrex idle consumption. Coinsidence?

In my experience, Xantrex is not very accurate. At times it may be off by 200W or more, so the difference of 460-381 = 79W is well within its tolerances.

That's my first impression the xw is really inaccurate in the AC part, still have to check the DC side....

And still not able to get the grid to go zero consumption, always have some power coming from the grid... (expected from the comments here and from the manual)...

will ask Schneider if there is a way to get it to zero and what they have to say about this inaccuracy ...

For inaccurate meters, my inverter tells my my watts is higher than my KVA (Power Factor >1).

You might want to put a Kill-A-Watt on your lighting loads and check the power factor on them. As NorthGuy said idle power is 28 watts no load. That would be lost in the output reading on the inverter. 200 watt error at full power on XW6048 would be @ 3.3% error in display. I think if I remember correctly it draws from grid to stay qualified on AC1 and keep the ability to sell to grid if set up to do that.
