Commitment 10. At the end of the project life we will return the land to its former use.
Good luck with that one. Projects are typically spec'ed to last 20 years, but no one really knows how long an array will truly keep functioning. Do they really mean that they will tear down a system that is still producing just because its 20 years are up?
