Tax Credits, Rebates and tax incentives for grid tie solar

Hello. I'm from CT and somewhat familiar with solar and the hands on installation of systems. What I'm not familiar with and am researching is were I can obtain all me and tax rebates, grants, incentives, ect. I will be installing a system on my home and the size will be determined by the amount of savings as weird as that may sound.

-Has any homeowner applied for and received these and what was the general percent savings?
-Is there a website or forum which may list the current tax incentives and so on?
-I'm l0oking for any and all savings that can be had, no matter how difficult the process.
