BFR error on my (2) sunny boy inverters

very new guy

im in the LA area in california. Im getting a blinking yellow light on both 2500u SMA inverters. Im not an electrician but im not completely stupid. Can anyone help withj a step by step process i can do to resolve my issues. Please help.

Got to love user manuals--Blinky yellow light:

The inverter displays a disturbance. This can have
several causes. Please inform your installer.

In the installer manual, it has a bit more information--But if you don't have any other signs than a blinking yellow light--it just means "fault".

Assuming I have the correct manual(s), go to page ~51 and read through the various indicators/fault codes and see if you can narrow down the issues they are having.

It sounds like a grounding problem (earth ground not made to array) or possibly an over/under voltage issue with your AC Power (usually below ~206 VAC or over ~260 VAC...

Have you tried your installer yet? Or, if they are no longer available, SMA should give you the name of somebody else to help you with the warranty work.
