OutBack mate3 USB optional interface

I just learned of the availability of adding a USB interface for mate3 ...
I do not know if it is very recent, or maybe I was confused ... but I did not know this existed! ...;-)

any one know if it includes a software application from outback???

Anyone know if there is any third part software app to use the mate3 usb interface ???...

someone has it and can comment on here???...
