Easy way to switch from Solar Panel to Battery as power source for exhaust fan

I have a 12v exhaust fan that is powered by a solar panel, and the fan only runs when the sun is shining as it is intended to.

I am wondering if there is a way to have the fan set up so that if I want it to run during the evening, I can disconnect the power source coming from the solar panel and have it switch to my battery bank as it's power source. I will note that the solar panel that powers the fan is completely separate from the panels that charge my battery bank.

I was thinking it would be nice if there would be some type of switch or component that I could isolate both power sources coming to it, connect the "switch" to the fan, and then flip the switch to whichever power source I want the fan to run from.

Not sure if I am getting my point across but wondered if anyone has any ideas?

Thanks

    SPDT switch. :D

Center connects to the fan, one pole to the panel, the other to the battery. All negatives in common.

Now, how are you going to keep that battery charged?
