SW Plus 4024 will not turn on

I had to shut the battery power off to the inverter. now it will not turn on. when I press the inverter button the ac light comes on and then when I let go of it it goes out the Gen button the bulk light comes on and the off when I let go. And help here? The batteries are full and I do have power going to the inverter.

    Is the AC on ?? You should start the Inverter with the AC and DC off. If you are connecting a Cable's to the Inverter DC make it a Clean connect, that means putting the Lug on the stud Bolt without allowing a arcing or sparking and put the nut on. Once the Inverter fires up on DC, then turn the AC on. Before you turn the AC on you can check it's output while Inverting and before it goes into Bypass.

    Thanks I took of the DC lugs cleaned them and put them back on and it turned on
