Looking for good solar design schematic software

I am looking for good solar schematic design software. Free is good but I am willing to spend up to $50. I want it to show the panels, grounding, combiner boxes, circuit breakers, inverters, etc. I have seen some great designs on this site. As a computer programmer I am familiar with software.

I am about to start the solar build at my cabin this spring. I am starting to purchase components now and would like to draw up my system for review here before I am complete.
I will be building it in two phases and don't want to repurchase any equipment if possible.
