HI ,

This is sandeep from India, Andhra Pradesh,Hyderabad. Can any one tell me step by step designing method of 600W load running 12 hrs, 1 day autonomy.Battery & inverter size also.

Please help me...

Welcome to the forum. We need to know a few more things before we design your system.
What sort of AC power do you need? (voltage, frequency)
How will you charge your batteries? Solar, generator, grid?
What sort of load (lights, freezer, pump, etc) is drawing 600 watts? It matters because different inverters have different abilities regarding inductive or reactive loads and startup surges.

    welcome to the forum,
it might help us if you can say what this load actually is, but in the meantime i may speculate a bit with what you've given. a 600w load will require more power for charging/discharging the battery as it will be in and around 80% efficient so let's make your required power 600w / .8 = 750w. multiplying this out by 12hrs gives 9000w or 9kw. as a battery should never be drawn down below 50% then the battery must be rated for 2x the load or 18kw. dividing this by the battery voltage gives you the ah of the battery or batteries. if at 12v the wires will need to be much larger due to the high currents that will flow and resistive losses can be tough, but 18000wh/12v=1500ah. if at 24v this would be half the current capacity required or 750ah and again if at 48v then it is halved again for 375ah. this would be minimum and for every 12hr period of autonomy you add this will add that much in battery capacity at the voltages i have indicated.
