Line tap info.

I am an electrician in mass. I am looking for some ideas for doing line taps. I generally use Polaris connectors to do this but it is costly and can sometimes be tough in smaller meters or panels to fit the connectors in. I have picked up the new meter lugs that mil bank makes but not all meters are listed for these. Just looking for some cost affective ideas. Thanks for the help.
