    How about a moratorium on cats? They kill birds too. So do a lot of other things.

    Hospitals use chemical sterilizers which kill birds when vented to the outside (or anything else near the forced-air-exhaust). Let's ban hospitals too.

    Not to mention,, tall glass buildings. I recently cited a report about bird mortality with large scale wind. Bird strikes are a few, buildings are millions, and domestic cats are way off the scale.

    (let's not even talk about coal emissions, vehicles etc.)
