Utility rebates now $0.20 a watt. A far cry from the $3.00 I got a few short years ago. Granted prices are down and overall install cots should remain a constant even with the low rebates

Meh, for some companies its likely time to close their doors, for others, this won't change a thing. Back when you got that $3.00 a watt rebate, pricing was running anywhere from $6.00 to $6.50 a watt.....so an effective pricepoint of $3.00-$3.50 a watt after rebate which is exactly the range the more competitive companies are in nowadays. Hopefully by 2016, by the time the 30% ITC expires the pricing will be around $2.00 a watt or less, making incentives irrelevant at that point.
