Poly vs. Mono info...

Where would I find the difference and why one is better than the other? I'm sure it's been discussed, just can't find it.

    In practical application it doesn't matter much. Monocrystaline panels are up to about 4% more efficient in direct sun, so a mono panel with the same Watt rating as a poly will be somewhat smaller. In terms of averaged output throughout the day ... whichever is cheapest per Watt.
