Can anyone let me know if they have experience of the 3 phase 24v charge controller from mississouri wind and sun, thinking of using with two 700w wind energy7 turbines, any experience good or bad appreciated.

Here is one thread that talks about them in general:
Missouri Wind and Solar Turbine, anyone try them?
With any wind turbine setup... Do a lot of research before spending the money. In general, most people don't really have enough sustained wind to make wind worth while. And you should be installing the turbine on a 60 foot minimum tower (at least 30' above obstructions and 500' feet away from taller obstructions).
The wind turbines themselves are usually less than 1/2 the cost of an installed system (tower, wiring, controllers, labor, etc.). The towers are not cheap, plus you may need a crane/lift truck for servicing every year or so.
