kaco 4202 --- Inverter Status code?

Hi
I got a Kaco 4202 installed a few days ago and I have connected the inverter to the computer using an RS232 cable using Kaco VISO as software.
The status which is reported is always "4" which I cannot find in the instructions and I do not know if that is a problem?
Which are the status you usually get with this model?
Any idea?
