Goal Zero Sherpa 120 and AlienBee Vagabond Mini Lithium

I'm thinking about a portable battery that I can charge via solar if needed.
In doing reading on SLA batteries I came across something interesting to me.
Goal Zero Sherpa 120 319.00 + inverter
Lithium-Iron Phosphate (LiFe)
Battery Capacity = 12V:10.0A 120 watt hours
Vagabond Mini Lithium 239.00 already has inverter
LiCoxNiyMnzO2 lithium battery
Battery Capacity = 14.8V 8.8AH (130 Watt-hours)
this comes with a pure sine wave inverter does not give the wattage of the inverter.
I want to use it to power both 12v accessories and using an inverter power my 85w laptop charger.

12.5±2V
Output Ports - used for chaining up to 12 of them together
12.5±2V (0.26A : 12V)
Sherpa-120
12V * 10.0A = 120 watt hours
Vagabond Mini Lithium
14.8V * 8.8AH = 130 Watt-hours
Vagabond Mini Lithium has 10 more watt hours and cheaper then the Sherpa - 120
to get the Vagabond to output 12v I should put a regulator on it. How efficient are regulators and how many Amps do I get out of it? Which solar controller can I use to charge the vagabond since it is Lithium.
