Has any one used these Laminate panels yet? Some places you can buy them very cheap but you have to connect the wires and connection box to the back of the panel. here are the spec.and price, most you have to buy 10 panels a time.

These panels are not certified, so would be illegal for grid-tie installation. They will deliver the numbers published, but you incur additional expenses (MPPT controller) in order to direct their full output power. With a Vmp of 23.7, these 24Volt panels are unable to charge a 24V battery bank. The more expensive type of MPPT controller must be used to either down-convert, or regulate a series of panels to the charging voltage you need.
