I am looking at these panels- Sharp # ND-224UC9BX

They are B grade and I am wondering if they are suitable for charging a 24v battery bank.

Here are the stats.

    The Vmp is:

Maximum Power Voltage (Vpm): 28.9 Volts
Maximum Power Current (Ipm): 7.58 Amps

Vmp for a 24 volt bank should be around 35 to 37 volt ideally for a PWM controller (and minimum voltage requirement for a MPPT controller).

So, a single panel is not high enough voltage to reliably charge a 24 volt battery bank. You would need 2 to 3 panels in series with an MPPT controller to recharge a 24 volt battery bank.
