that's wild. did anybody notice the turbine was turning away from the wind? it was in differing positions compared to the other turbines there that stayed to the wind.

edit to add;
dummy me as i was going by the stills and should've stated this. it was turning in the video, but you could not see the other turbines there or their position in the video.

It looks like a very good location for wind.

The US headquarters for the company is in Portland. I think this is the type that malfunctioned.
