We are having an interesting problem with our XW6048 up on the mountain in Colorado now. In order for the wind turbine to actually work in battery charge mode from the wind turbine you have to have firmware version 1.07. We have that and as I have talked about in other threads here, the system did seem to work when increasing the frequency of the 60 Hz to disable the turbine.

However, it seems that when this happens, sometimes the system frequency goes all over the place. The L1 frequency was 72 Hz and the L2 frequency was 112 Hz! We reset the system and when we started the generator, the frequency dropped to 45 Hz! We have talked to tech support but we need to get beyond the script puppies to the engineers who can work with us to help debug these issues.

We have remote monitoring set up so we can actually help provide a service so that other customers don't have this problem!
