Solarex H50 and SX100EG modules.

Hi everyone,

I introduce myself. My name is Jesús and I am an engineer at a renewable energy company. Now we are carrying out a durabilty study with two kinds of PV modules manufactured by Solarex Corporation in the first 70', maybe between 1972 and 1974. Both modules are working properly since then.

The modules are these:

The square shaped are Solarex HE50 has 64 monocrystalline cells, 35x35 cm with no frame. The rectangular shaped are Solarex SX100EG has 40 Polycrystalline cells, with a tag in the front side saying SX90EG, 110,5x45 cm and aluminium frame.

I have been seeking information about them in all sites I can imagine: patents, science and electric magazines... but I have find nothing. I would be very grateful if anyone could give some information or clue about: brochures, datasheets...

Thank you very much in advance.

Best Regards.

    Solarex H50 and SX100EG modules.

I have (one) Solarex MX-60 module, in operation since 1989.
After 22 years in service, I have seen no degradation in output.
