Need a charge controller with discharge control for "streetlight"

I'm considering making some streetlight style outdoor flood lights for my offgrid property and am looking for a convenient integrated charge controller with (ideally) time and battery state of charge based discharge control. Anyone know of anything off the top of their head that can do this? We're talking small capacities: 20A @ 12V or 10A @ 24V.

Discharge control can be a variable voltage output that decreases proportionally to the state of charge, time control can just be contact closure or opening at a specified time.

I've seen this type of thing as part of a commercial lighting product, but I'm trying to build my own and just want the controllers.

I just used one of these for my 12v dc timer requirements.

You might investigate a solar charger/light controller like the morningstar SunLight series http://www.morningstarcorp.com/en/sun-light

I just noticed you already have xantrex equipment. They also have a solar light controller. Check out their C12 model.
