Xantrex xw firmware needed

Can anyone help I have been waiting over a week now for xantrex to reply I need a copy of the latest firmware for xw 4024 but must work using gateway modem and be European spec

Can anyone help

    They don't read email, you have to call them on the phone, they do return calls from voice mail, and they have answered me live. their phone system menu eventually lists the NEW number for the XW gear, and it does work.

    Dial direct, and pay $$ or try Skype. Email won't work, as you know now.

    Took me 20 years to make my first "brick". Went to up date my firmware in the X-Gateway, and it took 20 min to do the first 55%. 40 more minutes gave no more progress. Turned out, if they had sent me the updates in order, it would have likely worked, but going many versions at once, bricked it. Got an RMA for the gateway, and shipped it back for factory flash.

    Also, if using Gateway to flash the inverter, you need to use a wired router, and have the ROUTER and computer, on an independent power supply, the inverter WILL reset and power off, while you flash it. The keep alive circuit will keep only the Xanbus and gateway running.

    So, when the gateway gets back, I'll update the SCP and then the Inverter. Over the phone, they stated those 2 do not have firmware stageing issues.

    The things they DONT say, when you flash the gear, is what gets you !
