Renogy Rover 40A CC Mppt error code

I have a Renogy Rover Mppt 40A charge controller which is displaying an error code: ACr

It is not working. Display turns on, but just displays "ACr." Does not respond to buttons. Does not appear to charge batteries.

What can I do to repair the CC or remove this error code?

    Do a reboot, disconnecting solar first, then battery, Walt 5 minutes connect battery, wait for the boot process to complete, if everything seems normal connect PV. Just a suggestion, electronics sometimes get caught in a loop, a reboot is the first thing  I would do.

    5Kw Yanmar clone single cylinder air cooled diesel generator for rare emergency charging and welding.
