My Inverter/Charger keeps charging batteries during block out time.

My Conext SW4048 keeps charging batteries during block out time. I have all the settings arranged so that it should not charge between 6PM and 9AM. I am trying to make sure the batteries are charged just by the Sun with my AC coupled system. How can I prevent it from charging the battery bank overnight? Thx much.

Are the am/pm settings of both block and time correct? Personally I use 24h clock, keeps things simple. What sort of current are we talking about, picture above shows 4W which may not indicate actually charging but tolerance error.
