DP 60amp breaker in place of SP?

My Xantrex PS2524 specifies the use of 60 amp breaker to feed the ac in on the inverter. The inverter is capable of 50 amp pass through. I am having a hard time finding a 60 amp single pole ac breaker. Can one side of a douple pole 60 amp be used?
