I’m trying to commission a hybrid Inverter(outback skybox). Its generating power when the sun is up and accessing the batteries to run the inverter when the sun is down, also charges the batteries. The problem is I cannot get the batteries to supplement any other load than the inverter and the unit islands when I lose power even though the load is protected. Not sure what is going on with tech support at outback but can’t get a call back. Am running in self consumption mode. Help!
