battery hook up using bus bar

have 2 24 volt batteries > plan on hooking positive in each to bus bar and negative from each to bus bar.. then inverter positive and negative to bus bar... also same with charge controller and charger...Is this an okay way to do it...for bus bar I have 5/16 aluminium flat bar one and half inches x six inches long... on my primary system this is how I have it done also and no problems for the past 3 years...

    Sounds like a pretty good method, just remember to re torque connections to the aluminum once in a while, also use antioxidant compound on all dissimilar metal connections, aluminum, depending on the alloy, oxidizes rapidly.
