Grounding block isolation?

I want to add a grounding block. I like the product that NAWS carries, but it isn't sized for the #4AWG cable I've chosen. At my local hardware store, have seen small blocks for that sized wire, but these don't have insulating ends (designed to be in a breaker box and not free-mounted)

Currently my power pack sits on a 3/4" plywood base, supported 2 feet off the floor by a wooden aquarium stand. If I screw the grounding block into the plywood, is that isolation enough? Everything is inside the shed away from direct weather exposure. Thank you.

    What voltages are we dealing with??

    Anything under 24 volts, plywood would be ok. Not to code.

    You state grounding. Is this the non-current grounding for 120 VAC or the negative side of the DC voltage.

    12 volt power pack, negative side of DC voltage, #4 AWG, 2' long.

    Those green grounding screws, are they made of some specific metal, or just anodized for labeling?

    12 volts you will be fine.
    The green screws are just anodized for labeling.
