An interesting read, but in some ways it IMHO misses me as a target audience... (and likely many of the users here) The booklet seemed to be targetted at large scale customers, purchasing multi-million dollar systems that produce large amounts of power.
OTOH, I am looking at these from a residential scale - not more than about 10KW, both because that's what we need to cover our bill, and because that's the limit of our roof space...
I'm not sure that the issues raised are the same, and certainly I wouldn't expect them to scale at the same level - for instance my guess is that a residential PPA would be far more "pre-fabricated" in its terms, with little room for negotiation, etc.
