Hello all. I want to turn my father's Club Cart into a solar assisted Golf-Cart. My goal is to extend the range by about 30%, what do you think would be the perfect configuration? Has anyone done this? If so, could you give me some ideas as to what size panels you used/type of controller?

I think you are just asking this so you can put your commercial link on this site.. like you have done on Solar Power Forumm and had it banned and removed..

For the cost and expense of adding glass panels and supports and their weight to the cart, maybe fresh batteries would work better. Adding 600W of solar (3 large panels) likely won't even gve you 30%
