Solar Cynergy PV panels

I have been looking at all different kinds of panel and have noticed that the panels from solar cynergy seem to be selling at a lower price per wattage as compaired to other. Anyone have any reviews, pros or cons to these panels?

    Another Cynergy thread here...

    The only observation from that thread was that they were not UL/NRTL approved--would be a problem for Grid Tied systems or, possibly, Off-Grid systems that require building inspection or are covered by home-owners insurance.
