What is the electrical draw and surge of the motor?

You are looking a 75Kw just to run the motor, so let's assume you use a common 250W, 60 cell panel
The actual output  of such a panel is around 75% of its rated output, 250/.75=187Wh
75000w/187w= 401, the number of 250W panels needed  just to run the pump under full sun. Depending on location this window of opportunity  could be  very narrow,  so the number of panels would, in all likelihood, have to be significantly higher. Without run times it would be foolish to even speculate on ballance of system requirements, but anything is possible, for starters you would need an 80 Kw DC to AC  3 phase inverter, to take care of the massive inrush associated with such an application. Running without sunlight would probably be cost prohibitive, batteries could be used as a buffer to compensate for passing clouds in a daylight only situation.
Please furnish us with more details regarding your expectations.

You are asking about powering a 100 Horse Power pump from solar?   That is a VERY large pump and is beyond the scope of anything I can advise about.  That would require 3 phase power, and at least 480V AC

Thank you for this forum, speaking from Jos Plateau State Nigeria. I really needs help on how to design a circuit of solar without battery that can pump water from a 78m depth borehole and what type of pump will best serve me for irrigation that can pump water atleast 10hrs per day

Without a battery, you will only be able to pump for about 6 hours a day.
