12 volt panels to charge 24 volt battery bank

I have a set of three solar panels I use to charge my 12 volt battery bank. Could I link these 12 volt panels to my 24 volt battery bank and switch them off the 12 volt bank and on the 24 volt bank when I wish to charge the 24 volt bank ?

    Yes it is possible but you will have to have an MPPT charge controller and rearrange the 3 panels into a series connection (at ~ 36V nominal voltage), not in parallel (12V) as it appears you presently have.  There is more but you have to have an MPPT CC... like the MidNite Solar KID... or a Morning-star.
