    Yea--We are entering a new world here... And the financial industry is figuring out how to separate the debts from the cash flow (imagine that)... The creditors get hosed and the cash generation part of the project can "make money" as long as government subsidies (higher than fossil/nuclear $/kWH costs) continue.
