I have a small solar system 100AH lead liquid open battery 12V (SHD)
inverter Modified sine Wave 300W (peak 600W) -> output 230-240V it says http://www.smart-cover.gr/manuals/YXM_300_12.pdf
When i was connecting Computer (Tower)+ monitor it made a sound buzzzzz (inverter) . If i connected only Tower , press power on and then connect monitor it was working ok.

Yesterday (I use a Wellsee MPPT-15 to charge the battery) it couldn't open the tower (even alone) i also notice when i tried to open the 2 energy lamps (25W each) they start flickering (the lights). when i disconnect everything and reconnect same thing happened (although when i open another lamp (third) 25W it glows normally. (maybe the 2 have been damaged?)
I used the kill-a-watt meter on inverter
it reads VOLTec 282 (if i connect the Tower now it goes 0 ) - on grid it reads VOLTec 240
If i open the third lamp (alone) it reads 282 Voltec 25W 0.03 A
Tower on Grid gives 240 V 0.13A

is it normal for inverter to give 280V?

Edit: I used polymeter? and inverter gives 238V so probably kill-a-watt have something with AC from inverters

Goketa, we usually call it a DVM - digital voltage meter or occasionally a DMM - digtal multi meter
