are these 4 components campatible?

in Off Grid Solar & Battery Systems #1
looking at a 24v system and are these components compatible as far as over or under capacity?

4 solar world 240w panels 2 series of 2
midnite kid controller charger
4 universal 100ah 2 series of 2
outback 2524 inverter

    Well that array should be enough for maxing out the Kid on a 24 Volt system meaning 30 Amps.
    30 Amps is more than enough to charge 200 Amp hours @ 24 Volts (the four 100 Amp hour 12 Volt universals).
    Outback 2524 will have no trouble running off 200 Amp hours @ 24 Volts or recharging same.

    I don't see any problems.
