CSW4024 Not Showing Loads on Combox

Hey Folks,
We have a client using a new CSW4024 Xantrex invertor coupled with a Combox unit. His loads aren't showing up unless they are greater than 100 watts for example. Does anyone know if there is a minimum wattage that the invertor should be logging? It is hard to track customer usage when this doesn't appear to be working properly. Ideas?

    It could be logging it, but the resolution of what you see is probably dampened so it's readable and not jumping all over the place with each sampling.

    You should be able to go to the device level on ComBox and see down to the watt level. I would also check connection of the ZanBus cable. Need to check documentation to see resolution of Schneider SW4024. My new XW 4024 shows better resolution on ComBox display.
