Effect of Reducing the MPPT voltage

Hi all,
Let us suppose we have a solar inverter of 250 KW and its MPPT voltage range mentioned on the manual as 550 V to 900 V.
If i reduce the MPPT voltage range to 400 or 450 V ,then what will be the effect on generation or the inverter.

It depends on the actual inverter involved so you have to ask the maker to get the exact answer.
But assuming you mean input Voltage is above 'turn on' point but below MPPT range the inverter will produce some power; it simply won't be optimum from what the panels can output.
