Today we’re all carrying around devices that are kept running by Li-ion batteries. While they give most devices incredible performance they contain a fatal flaw; their material make-up causes them to breakdown.

    Lots of things work. But that doesn't mean they're practical. ;)

    These days the first question would probably be: "Does it burst into flames?" :p

    Maybe someday we will get a better battery. Until then ... lead acid and press releases.
