was on I-465 in Indianapolis the other day and saw several of the same kind of VAWT
along the road. Maybe 3-4 of them. They were about 20 ft total with about 15 ft of turbine
in a skinny straight up design.About 3 blades in a normal config. I normally would not have looked at a VAWT...I dont find them that interesting....but these things were cranking in a moderate wind. It was
something to look at. They were putting out power.... They are on I-465 N coming off I-70
going east. If anyone is interested ,check them out if driving thru... they are on the east
side of road.They got me reconsidering these things...

    not sure what you are describing. maybe take some pics of them. not sure of everybody else, but indianapolis is a bit off the beaten path for me.
