    It is really quite a simple equation. A balancing act between loads (which you can control easily) the PV input, (which you can only control by the size of the PV) and the batteries, (which you can only control by adding (or subtracting) batteries).

    It doesn't really matter how many ways you could use the power (number of outlets) but rather how much you use. As has been suggested, get a good handle on your loads, and the PV and the batteries will size themselves accordingly.
