Where to get mylar for outside use?

Any idea where I can get mylar or similar material for outside use.
3M, Reflectech require minimum orders of over $3000.

I bought some mylar off ebay and put in on plastic panelling, but it only last about a year before bubbling up and self destructing. Maybe the adhesive was the issue?
