Wrap Panel cables around framework?

I have a question for everyone. Is there a standard out there for what to do with the extra length of cable between neighboring solar panels rack mounted on a roof? Do you typically wrap the cables around the frame or just attach them in several places with wire ties or loop clamps?

Thanks in advance!

i would think the latter as you would loop it upon itself and just tie it with plastic cable straps to a rail underneath up and out of the way. i hope we aren't talking about allot of excess in wire as that introduces more resistive losses than is necessary.

Zip ties are the most common and you can get them UV rated.

There are also metal clips made for this.

Some rail systems have channels for it.

    Thanks for the info,

I am planning on using stainless steel loop straps with rubber inserts that are screwed into the Unirac Frames. I'm trying to get a feel for how many I need to purchase per panel since one loop strap can only hold a single cable?

    Thanks,
