Victron energy 150/70 problem

Hello,

I am from a dutch solarboat team called Sinnergy.
We have a Victron Energy 150/70 MPPT.
We have tried to extend the ribbon cable so the circuitboard with the display could be in the cockpit.
But now the problem: now almost every time we get in the menu of the MPPT we get a warning message even with the original ribbon cable.
The warning message reads inf.21, does anyone know on this forum what this means?

The weird part of this warning is that with the original ribbon cable the warning message sometime just gone is.

    We have found the problem.
    It turns out it was very simple.
    The ribbon cable connector was a bad quality, so if you pushed them togheter 1 or more pins did not make contact with the ribbon cable and that caused the problem.
