I have a fab design of building a solar Television. All are undoubtedly gonna love this. I’m looking for a firm providing product development and design in Ontario. I’m thinking of considering Spark Innovations company ( http://www.sparkinnovations.com/ ). Is there any alternative to suggest?

It all depends what you are planning (the details).

Many modern TVs will work just fine on higher voltage DC (you have to do your research) of 170 to 340 VDC nominal.

And, you can (still?) find smaller TVs that have an in-line AC to DC power adapter around 12-20 volts or so... I cannot see needing to try and design/build/cell a pure Solar TV. There are "solar radios" out there, and most still have an internal battery pack (or two, rechargeable and AA/AAA batteries).

And there are other ways to make TVs that use a very small amount of power. For example, back lighting uses a large amount of power, Samsung is demonstrating a translucent LCD screen that can be used with "natural" back lighting.
