Are these installer prices fair?

We hope to make my system operational on Tuesday. Fuses/circuit breakers are a requirement of a safe system, I got that. I have the FLEXOne kit by the way. Only have $315 right now. Plus there will be reasonable labor fees. These are the prices that the solar tech is quoting:

"We need a 175 amp. breaker in positive (for the inverter I think) line. I Have a new one for $100.00 if you don't have one.
Hopefully you have one in your flex Kit."

"Did you want me to bring the 80 amp. breaker set and box for charge controller ? I charge $100.00 for the completed kit."






First Bank:16 180 watt Grape Solar with  FM80 controller and 3648 Inverter....Fullriver 8D AGM solar batteries. Second Bank/MacGyver Special: 10 165(?) watt BP Solar with Renogy MPPT 40A controller/ and Xantrex C-35 PWM controller/ and Morningstar PWM controller...Cotek 24V PSW inverter....forklift and diesel locomotive batteries
