Access SUNNY ISLAND 4548 US over RS485 remotely

Hi All,

I have a SUNNY ISLAND 4548 installed in Arizona and this inverter has RS485 Interface.
We have installed a RS485 to Ethernet converter (NET485-01) and this converter intern connected to router.

now i want to talk to SUNNY ISLAND remotely. I made all necessary configurations (serial settings, communication port etc.) in NET485-01 and able to open remote COM port using COM PORT REDIRECTOR. we are able to access NET485 web server and telnet servers.

But Sunny Island is not responding to any commands sent from remote PC.

I want to know about the exact protocol format I need to use to communicate with Island.
Even I tried connecting through Sunny Data Control Software but no use, NET485 will send ACK but ISLAND not responding.

Please suggest me to get access to this ISLAND remotely.
