mixing panel voltages

HELP heres my situation.
I have 8 75watt 12 v seimens panels. they're on the roof and mounted but not yet wired. my plan was to wire each string of four in series and parellel the two strings at the combiner at the mx60.
My question is : is there a way to throw a sharp 165 watt panel into this mix??? if so how do I do this? the sharp panel has VOC43.1 VPM34.6.
I will be charging a 980 amp/hour bank of AGM's at 12 volts.
can I do this???? thank you all mark

    Sure,

On one string, take 4 of the 75w panels, wired for 24V ( 2 in series ) and parralled ( 2x2 ) and then put that inseries with the 165watt panel, should work fine

Other sting 4x1 as you intended

    Re: mixing panel voltages

thanks solar guppy. so if I understand correctly one string ( with the 165watt panel in it) will be 58volts and the other string will be 48volts and I can parallel them at the combiner and the mx60 will figure it out.right?

The 165watt is a "24V" panel in the same way the 75watts are "12V"

The 75watts should have a vmp of @17 volts

So the strings will be very close in voltage ... should be fine
