RV Roof Panel Attachment

For a fiberglass roof w/ plywood underlayment (+ the usual insulation layers), what's the best way to attach 59" x 26" Kyocera's? They weigh ~27 lbs ea. I'll be putting on 6.

I've been told to use 2 Z feet per long side and just lag bolt them through fiberglass & plywood, DiCor'ing as I go. I've also been told the DuPont tape will be sufficient under the install feet and skip the holes.

The fiberglass surface is relatively flat but the paint contains a little bit of grit to minimize falling down. So, it's not mirror-finish smooth.

Don't want to see one in my rear-view monitor. You experts on RV installs please help me out.
